Downloading logs through configurator throws error.




Is there anything we could do?

Good day,

Professional devices do not support this feature it is only supported by devices not in the Professional program.
Professional devices include: FMB640, FMB641, FMC640, FMC650, FMM640, FMM650 - they do not support Internal Log download through configurator or FOTA WEB.

Logs with FMX6 series devices can only be taken through Terminal or Hercules:
