I have narrowed down the devise to FMM920 with help from Teltonika colleague Simone in Mexico.
What I am interested in is integrator / consultant / who can help me connect FMM920 to an off the shelf mechanical item with motor, battery, and controller.
All electrical components are wired through the 24-volt, 500-watt, 30-amp speed controller.
Two 12-volt sealed lead acid batteries are connected to produce 24-volts of power. Each battery is 22 amp-hour.

There is also a motor involved. The specs are not determined. Most likely a brushless DC motor.
There will be a Key on and off switch, and the key will be stored in the lock box above.
