attach picture for your refence. the unit is mV which 218 if convert to Voltage then it is 0.21, i just like to know if possible change to Voltage value

If you mean possibilty where  the device sends the value in V for Analog inputs - it is not possible - it's not configurable but you  can convert it on your server/application from mV to V
