i want to configure fma120 device, as in instruction i installed drivers and download the software this device not detected in pc sofware always say not device found. i just connect devie via USB type B cable.. help with solution

Are using full USB type B(full size) to connect the device to computer?

Have you tried using regular USB? Different ports on the computer?
