Good afternoon, our company has switched to the Cisco IoT Control Center platform, through which we have access to all the numbers and ICCID of our SIM card. Can we use the API to download and register the SIM card numbers in FOTA, for those trackers that transmit ICCID, and is it possible to make such a system dynamically so that when the SIM card is changed in the tracker, the phone number is automatically pulled according to the new ICCID?

Hello.

You can check and receive SIM card ICCID with records by enabling ICCID I/O.

If you set operand On change, eventual record will be generated when this value changes.

If you set to "event only", this element will be included only in records generated by this event and it will be not included in regular records.
