Question

I have an FMT100 from another company, haven't used it for a while because of the costs. I want to take ownership of this device.

I have got the device connected to the configurator software. GPRS says deactivated but I installed my sim card from my phone and yes the APN settings are correct.

I just saw another post that describes the same issue and it was fixed by a firmware update, I already tried looking for one for the device but I couldn't see any clear place to download firmware from. Can someone help me? I think I'm looking for v3.27.xx currently the device has 3.25 so I'm hoping this fixes it.
