Hello,

I have FMB003 and i have towing detection activated and i have it in panic priority so it sends me sms when towing happens. In the sms text i added the %val to see the value of the towing (0/1). The problem is that when i leave the vehicle (ignition off) and exactly the time activation timeout is reached it send me towing sms with value (0). The car obviously isnt towed. Why that happens and how to make it send only when it is actually towed (val 1)? Thanks a lot.

Hello

This is normal

This should be understood as an "armed"  (ready) system

Your device  activates towing function and inform that met when following conditions

Ignition (configured Ignition Source) is OFF

Activation Timeout is reached
