Hi,

crash trace data for accelerometer are not sent to the server. I get only entries with "4 - full crash trace (device not calibrated)" when an event is detected. Entris with crash trace = 4 do not carry information from accelerometer (axis etc).

Parameters of "trace detection" are set as follows:

  • Scenario setting: low priority
  • Trace filter: disable
  • Crash trace: trace full
  • Accelerometer auto calibration: continuos
  • Data protocol: Codec 8 Extended

Please advice.

Thank you!

Hello.

Crash Trace is saved if accelerometer is calibrated. Please verify your device firmware version with Teltonika Wiki and update if needed:

Information about accelerometer calibration and calibration status:

Note, that to perform proper calibration, device must be tightly fixed with vehicle frame, it can't be loose and move during the drive.
