Question

im trying to send a user ID to a tracking platform, ive connected the Ibutton and i can read it showing in the I/O list and status, on the button its number is

fb000001c1502b01

and ive confirmed this with a reader when read on the FMC130 it comes back with

012B50C1010000FB

ive entered both numbers and i still cannot get a user id coming up ? any ideas please ?

Hi Steve,

In order to receive the data to your tracking platform, you need to set the iButton parameter priority to either Low or High on the I/O tab of the configuration.

Once configured, data read by the device will be sent to your server via AVL ID 78.

Thanks Patrick i appreciate your help, i can see the data on the platform under ID 78, it appears somewhere its converted from Hexidecimal to decimal but at least i know where to look
