25760: eye sensor temperature and humidity battery life

Hi ,

I bought 20 units of eye sensors 8 months ago  and lately i installed 4 of them to get humidity and and temperature.

The two of them are working fine but the other two stopped working although they have the same settings. Nothing out of normal.

I am not even be able to find them with the application when scanning for them.

Is it possible to run out of battery already?

maybe, Can you also check if the power supply is damaged?
