What server sends with code_id is 08 and number of data is 11?, this 11 after data convert with bin2hex

We used php and send Chr(0). Chr(0). Chr(0).Chr(11) -->>not work

the manual no have example for number of data greater 09, because work well if number of data is < 10, and not works > 09

Teltonika devices are using Codec 8 or Codec 8 Extended for sending data to the server.
