Hello,
One of our many FMB640 devices keeps stopping to send AVL records to our server. We have tried many suggestions found on this forum and more. However, what we are interested is how to debug these kind of situations?
SMS `getinfo` command returned RST:9(Total abnormal restarts count.) ERR:16(Error Counter.). As I understand, this indicates some kind of problem, but still we were unable to get more info about it using SMS commands. We also tried to send bbinfo (to get lastest events) but this command returned ,,Command is not supported" response.
How to get more information about errors occurring in he device itself?

With FMB640, you have the options to retrieve device logs physically via Terminal or Configurator, or remotely via Hercules.
