Hi, I have two trackers FMC001 and FMT100. I also have a server. I am trying to send data to server. I have done the apn and server setting. But i am not receving anything. Send records count is 0. GSM info status is correct as shown in teleonika website. I also tried to use teleonika server but it also didnot work. I need some help with this. I have been throug online site and watched the videos too. Nothing seems to be working.

Please consider that sending data from the device also depends on "Data Acquisition" or "I/O" settings configuration. Check that parameters have been set correctly to enable data packet sending. If the issue still remains, then it would require in-depth analysis.
