Question

Hi,
While vehicle is on move, I have set configurator to get new record/s after every 5 seconds from the device and then send that record/s after every 7 sec. But actually, server receives the new record/s after every 90-110 seconds.
Please check at attached image for my configurator settings.

Can you please confirm what wrong I am doing in my configurator? Let me know if you need screenshot of any configurator setting.

"On Stop" record/s are working fine.

Please have in consideration that network latency is not affecting the reception of data on the server. Device can fulfill the configuration requirements, however data reception can be disturbed by other circumstances. If you consider this is not the case, then a in-depth analysis must be made.

My devices are working in UK, Spain, UAE and Pakistan. All users reported same issue.
I have already contact support but since more than 1month the case is pending and under overvation.

I just put the issue here in community, so that if any technical person can help based on his experinece.
