Question

Hello there,

  Has anyone experienced this?  I am using an international SIM (Things Mobile).

I send commands to the FMC125 but I do not get a reply.

When I send an SMS, the configurator SMS received count increases by one, and then shortly after the sent counter goes up by one.

So I know that it received the SMS.  And it has tried to send the SMS, but it has not reached me.

Has anyone had this type of issue?

Hello

Please verify the availability of the SMS sending service from your card with your operator. Perhaps such a service is not available.

Additionally, verify the assumptions and limitations of device communication via SMS.
