GPS fix usually comes from the satellites that your device uses, if it is using less than 4 satellites (which in most similar cases it does) then it means that there is something obstructing your device from receiving signal and you need to remove it. There can also be firmware issues where your device does not have correct firmware installed. We would like to analyze your issue.
