I config outgoing call to call me when DIN1 triggered but it don't work. My phone is seted correctly because I get SMS alerts. So why it don't work?

3007 Outgoing call trigger: 1 - DIN1

3008 GSM number index: 1 - as like as SMS config

Good day, thank you for your question.

The Outgoing Call Trigger function only works if a Hands-Free is connected to the tracker. Otherwise, the function will be unavailable. You can read more about this function on the following link: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB920_SMS/Call_settings#Hands-Free_Call_settings

If fits you, it is possible to trigger an SMS alert when the DIN1 change, on the I/O >> Digital Input 1 >> Send SMS to

But I like to receive call without hands-free. Is it possible to customize it? Or define an virtual hands-free for it? :) Or install an custom firmware to allow me to customize all thinks by developing? :)) I really need it

Let's assume Crash event triggered. Now may hands-free is disconnected or crashed. Isn't it better to call instead of not calling in this situation?

Unfortunately, for now, it is not possible to make/receive a call without Hands-Free nor provide custom Firmware. However, in case you receive a call on your tracker, one of this actions can be performed:

1. Hang-up
2. Report position via SMS
3. Do Nothing
4. Auto Answer (Only if HF is connected)

I will be also very thankfull if my trackers can call me (trigger a call) without need to use handsfree.
