Late yesterday I was struggling to use the FOTAWeb dashboard - it kept complaining about Network issues.

Today newly deployed devices (FMC130s) are not appearing the in the Devices Dashboard as usual and pending tasks to download new configurations are stuck in the Pending state.

I've issued connectweb requests to the devices but it hasn't resolved.

I've been using the service for a month and this behaviour is unusual - so I'm thinking it's FOTAWeb that is root cause.

Please check your FOTA WEB account now. There were some temporary issues but we have resolved the case afterward and you should be able to use your FOTA WEB now. We apologize for the inconvenience caused during that period and will continue to provide the best service to all of our users/clients.

If you are still facing the issue, please reach out to us via VIP Helpdesk so our support engineers can assist with your concern. Alternatively, you may contact your Sales Manager/Distributor. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website and click on the "Contact Us" button.
