Hi,
In the I/O section of configuration of FMB920, I have set the following:

ExternalVoltage: Priority:Panic, Low value:12000, Max Value:14500, EventOnly: Yes. On Exit, (myphone num)
Having this, I would expect to receive an SMS when the external voltage is not in the configured range of mV, but I never received one, even though when the voltage was very low.
(My phone number is already configured in SMS/Call settings under authorized and predefined numbers).
In case I select Low/ High Priority , should I get informed?
I really don't get how it is supposed to work!Is my above assumption correct or should I configure something else too?
Thanks
.

Hello

Please note the EXIT operand

https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB920_I/O_settings#Operand_On_Exit

So you should receive SMS  message after exceeding the voltage for the parameter High Level = 14500mV

and

you should receive SMS  message after exceeding the voltage for the parameter Low Level = 12000 mV

Please check also  additional info

https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB920_SMS_events

Also verify that the used SIM card correctly sends and receives SMS, e.g. in your smartphone

I hope that will  help

Hi,
From the link you sent me I see the following:

Operand On ExitEdit

Record is generated when input value leaves a range between low and high level limits.

This means that even when the voltage leave the low configured value I should be informed!
Could you please verify that this is the case?

Thanks

Yes you are right

As far as I understand the problem should be in the sim card. Most probably cannot send SMS...still waiting an answer from the supplier.
