Good afternoon.

I have problems with FMU 130 and 125 equipment. When the power supply to the GPS equipment is disconnected, the equipment starts to report with the internal battery until it turns off, the problem is generated when the GPS equipment is connected to the power supply again, since does not connect with our telecommunications provider, therefore the information is not received on our servers.

We tried to recover the connection by deleting the data session with the communication provider and reconfiguring the APN through GMS commands, but we are not successful, since it does not connect with the telecommunication provider, it does not respond to the commands.

Sent commands:

1) setparam 2001:0

2) setparam 2004:0

3) setparam 2005:0

4) cpureset

5) setparam 2001:company.itelcel.com

6) setparam 2004:192.160.1.35"

7) setparam 2005:7210"

8) setparam 2006:1

9) cpureset

The only solution we found is to physically restart the computer, it is worth mentioning that it is not feasible for our operations.

We also validate equipment firmware, in fact we have had the problem with different fw versions.

Hello.

I'm not sure if I have understood the issue.

When internal battery is exhausted and device is off and then power supply is restored you don't receive records from devices to your server. The only solution is to restart your AVL server ?

If above is correct, then issue is on your server side, maybe it is not accepting new records, because it still have previous session ongoing.
