I have seen some similar questions regarding this topic, and they seem to solve by wiring the DIN1 wire to 12V. I have a customer in which I have updated a FM5300 to a FMB640 using the same conector, and the configuration says that the GPRS is deactivated. I can't change the wires, is there another configuration option for the GPRS to be always activated?

Also, how can I set the device to factory reset?

I have tried several configurations, but they are not working.

Hello.

When changing device to another type, wires schould be checked and connected according to device specification:

To enable GPRS connection you schould set correct APN in device configuration:

default config could be loaded with defaultcfg SMS/GPRS command:
