I have an FM3001, and I have already connected it to the Teltonika Configurator and updates the APN settings and ip address. The device says that there are 17 satellites in view, but none of the satellites are in use, and I have not been able to get the GPS function on the device top work. How do I connect the FM3001 to the satellites?

Please evaluate the issue by connecting the device via Bluetooth with the top case of the device attached.
