Necesito que el I/O Parameter Battery level sea enviado a traves de internet. Como se activa esa funcion de envio de ese parametro?

Thank you for your question.

To active Battery level on sending, please select I/O section in configurator and select the priority at least low. After activation, the device will take this parameter in the record and send it to the server.

use setparam command. structure is as follows:

login pass setparam 50690:1

if there is no login and pass use two spaces: space space setparam 50690:1

sorry for wrong command, try to configure sms event on battery level if you do not have access to the device via configurator.
