22041: Demora en activacion DOUT1 Fmb920

Dispositivo fmb920 al activar remotamente el DOUT1, la señal demora mucho en llegar pero cuando genera un evento como es: activacion de ign, desconexion de bateria o moviendo el dispositivo, la DOUT se ejecuta de inmediato sin demoras. ¿Donde puedo corregir eso?

Thank you for your question.

Your device first needs to establish a link with the server to start receiving commands. When the link is established, device sends AVL records first and then starts to accept SMS/GPRS commands. When your device is not moving and ignition is off, the device is considered to be in the on Stop mode. Please check the Data Acquisition settings for your device in configurator. When the ignition or movement event happens you device switches to Moving mode and different data acquisition settings apply.
