The firmware used is outdated, as shown on our Wiki page (
https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB001_firmware_errata). However, you may update the firmware via FOTA WEB if you have the latest firmware with you. Should you not have the latest firmware, kindly reach out to us via VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager/Distributor because we do not share any firmware on the community forum.
If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website
