Question

We have just spend US$100's on GPS tracking units FMM130 IOT models, its been months now and we cannot and are not able to confirgure these devices. Using the lastest Configurator, it finds the device but wont allow us to enter "into" any further.

We are willing to spend large investing into the new IOT units, but we cannot get past first base.

Why is it so hard to setup, where is the support from the so call leading company... im surely not the first person to have issues.

Any suggestions from any one would be good, thank you.

you need to have the right configurator, special devices need special configurator version.

Please follow the steps in our wiki page that covers the first start of the device. link is here: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMM130_First_Start

Try to download latest version of configurator, from the picture it can be seen that it is outdated and it is not compatible with this Firmware. Then, you should contact us for the Firmware update because it is outdated as well.

Reach out us via VIP Helpdesk or contact your sales manager/distributor. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
