Hello,can i make a hardware reset to my FMB120,Because i can't connect it to my PC,i think it's a hardware problem

Hello there,

Thank you for your question.

In order to reset the device you can send an SMS command to the device which is "  cpureset" (put two spaces before the command). If this doesn't help, please try restarting your PC or replacing a USB cable.
