Hello,

I'm facing with strange situation and I don't know if it normal

the device light doesn't blink like normal mode, but the vehicle is showing the route correctly  may I know what is happening?

As for the LED not lighting up completely, if the Navigation LED is turned OFF then this would mean that the device is not working or it's in sleep mode. If the Status LED is OFF then the device is not working or is in boot mode. However, a thorough analysis is required to find out why the LEDs are not working since the tracking is working fine. Therefore, kindly reach out to us via the VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager/Distributor.
