Hello,

I'm trying to configure an FMB964 FW 03.25.15 Rev 206. I have tried all 3 versions of configurator on the website (1.6.4 R5 and R8 and 1.7.22). The device is detected by configurators, it shows IMEI, FW version but indicates "Not supported".

I'd appreciate instructions on how to proceed.

Good day. Thank you for your question.

The firmware used is an older version but the Configurator that you are using is the newer version which is why you are receiving the not supported message. Please reach out to us via VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager/Distributor for the firmware files/updater as we do not share any files on the forum. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
