Is it possible to receive multiple green driving events (EventID: 253) in one packet?

If so, how to differentiate which duration record (EventID: 243) is for which green driving event? Maybe they always come in a strict sequence?

If the packet has more than 1 record then yes, the packet can have multiple records of Green Driving events where each record will carry 1 Green Driving IO element. As for AVL ID 243, it can be differentiated by the timestamps.
