Hi, I'm having trouble with manual geofence.

We have a few FMB001 devices, fw 03.25.05. I have configured manual geofence zone as follows:

Feature: high priority

Generate event: on both

Eventual records: enable

Shape: circle

Send SMS to: (preconfigured phone number from list)

But the problem is that most of the times it does not work.

On one device it works like 1 time out of 10. But strangely, when SMS is sent, I check the coordinates in message, and they seem to be inside the circle. It seems like the real coordinates and geofence coordinates do not match.

On another device it did not work at all. I tried crossing geofence borders >50 times, but there is no SMS, and there is no geofence event on the tracking server.

Devices can send other SMS without problems. Maybe I have missed some additional setting?

My zones are kind of small (50-200m circle radius).

Thank you for the answer. However, I represent an important government institution, and unfortunately we cannot share any logs or numbers.

Is there anything that could be checked by myself? I have experience with such devices, I know how to debug over serial port etc.
