Question

Hello,

the brand new FMM001 and FMC001 are not supported by the configurator. I have downloaded both available versions, 1.7.22_b.3.27_r.21 and 1.5.6_c_084. Both do not work. What am I doing wrong ?

I have no idea anymore.

The firmware you are using is outdated, which is why it is not supported by the Configurator. For future reference, kindly go through our Wiki page to check the latest firmware release - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMM001_firmware_errata. Please update your firmware via FOTA WEB or you may reach out to us via VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager/Distributor and we will provide you with the link to our Drive, as we do not share firmware files/updater and other files in the community forum. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
