For SMS command list - page 55 - 63 (for setting the parameters - refer page 60 (setparam))

For Parameter List - page 64 - 97 

For example, if you would like to set the IP or change the configured IP address, then send as follows:

With login and password : <login><space><password><space>setparam 1245 127.0.01

Without login and password : <space><space>setparam 1245 127.0.01

where 1245 is the Parameter ID and 127.0.0.1 is the IP address
