Hi,

When I open Teltonika configurator version 1.6.4_B.3.25_R.8, I can see the searching port page and program is finding my device, then suddenly the program is crashing. How can I solve this problem?

Please check if you are using the MS .NET Framework version as advised on our Wiki page - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB920_First_Start#Configuration_.28Windows.29
