Is it possible for FMB125 to lock/unlock movement for E-Scooter?

FMB125 has the immobilizer option but that is primarily meant for vehicles. Teltonika Mobility has devices that are designed to work with E-Scooters so that will suit your case. Please check on this under a separate forum - https://community.teltonika-mobility.com/
