20085: bluetooth 4.0 not visible in device configurator FMB204

Good day,

We received a FMB204 today, the reason we requested it is to use the BLE 4.0 functionallity.
We have some experience with this via the FMB125 which we also use in combination with ELA pucs.

When i connect the device to the configurator the Bluetooth 4.0 tab does not show up in the configurator.
Bluetooth and Beacon list do show.

When i open a new empy config from within the same  device configurator for the FMB204 the bluetooth 4.0 tab does show up.
I know from the specs that the device(FMB204) should support it.  The Firmware appears to be ok: FW 03.25.18 Rev 08, i'm using Configurator 1.6.4 B.3.25 R.8
I've tried working with an new config and saving this to the device, but this also did not help.

Could someone maybe point in the right direction? am i completly missing something, and is there a setting i should enable?
Or did i receive an older version which was updated to a more recent firmware, but lack supports of bluetooth 4.0?
