Good day,

We are having serious issues on all our FMB range devices with the BLE temperature probes and sensors..

I see on the FOTA site that there is an option to update the BLE firmware.

How do we go about doing this?

Good day. Thank you for your question.

The Update BLE firmware option on FOTA WEB is used for FMM640/FMC640 as it has a separate BT module and cannot be used for FMB devices because it is using the same module for GNSS, BT, and GSM.

I was not aware the BT chip was the same.
