For the command,
There are 2 points that you will need to consider before making any changes on configuration via SMS/GPRS.
1) The SMS structure, which can be referred to at https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMM125_SMS/GPRS_Commands so for this case, we will be using the command "setparam" - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB_setparam
2) The Parameter ID list, since it involves configuration changes. https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMM125_Parameter_list
So for example if you would like to enable (low priority) the Immobilizer Scenario Settings, then you may send the following commands:
With login and password : <login><space><password><space>setparam 11700:1
Without login and password : <space><space>setparam 11700:1
If you are sending via GPRS then you may skip the login, password, and <space>.
