is the any person to know the meaning of ID 255 IN EVENTUAL I/O ELEMENT IN AVL PACKET.? 

description of this ID is in wiki knowledge  that says :At over speeding start km/h, at over speeding end km/h ??

dose it mean this scenario start in this speed and when reduce speed and arrived to lower speed than defined speed in config we will received  idd255 with 3 value. that means this scenario is finished?
