Question

I connected FM130 to LVCAN200/FMU130  an to the OBD diagnostic port of a Ford Transit Custom 2017, the program number is set according to the list, but I don't see any data read in configurator. The system works fine if I connect it to another car ( Renault Clio).  I have installed similar systems in many cars , with no problems.

May I know if you have updated the SW version of the LVCAN200? If you are unable to obtain any CAN data even after updating to the latest SW version via FOTA WEB (https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/CAN_Adapter_update) then you may try the manual scanning but we can only share the steps for this via VIP Helpdesk. Therefore, kindly contact your Sales Manager/Distributor.
