Hello ,

  • The secure vehicle disabling solution is supported by any Teltonika FMB series tracker which has one or more digital output (DOUT) which in this scenario is used to control fuel pump of the car.

My question is  where I have to enable this DOUT for secure vehicle disabling?  if its possible  send me a screenshot

Hello Egzondibra,

Good day. Thank you for your question.

For SECO (secure engine cut-off) functionality, a specific firmware will be used. We would like to inform you that we do not share firmware files/updater and other files in the community forum. To receive firmware files, updater, and documentation on devices, please contact your sales manager. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.

Note: as a topic, please choose "Vehicle telematics" or you can send an e-mail with the description of your situation to info@teltonika.lt

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards.

Hello Egzondibra,

Good day. Thank you for your reply.

If you would like to trigger the DOUT only, then you may refer to the link here - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB_setdigout  Take note that the command depends on the number of DOUTs that the device has.

For example, if the device has 2 DOUTs and you would like to enable DOUT1 but DOUT2 to remain unchanged then you may send the following command:

setdigout 1?

Hope this helps.

Kind regards.
