19446: Teltonika FMP100 не подключается к серверу Wialon

Здравствуйте, столкнулся  с проблемой, Teltonika FMP100 не выходит на сервер Wialon, адрес правельный, порт указываю 22077. На Cropwise и Ruhavik подключается без проблем, в чем может быть причина?

Good day. Thank you for your question.

Please ensure that you have made the changes in the Configurator, under the GPRS tab. Kindly set the domain and port stated on Wialon into the Configurator and also ensure that you select Device type as Teltonika FMP100. See below:

Please make the changes under Server Settings as shown above in the Configurator. Kindly refer to this link - https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMP100_GPRS_settings#GPRS_Settings_and_Server_Settings
