When there is no network connection, and then after a while, the connection is back. I see that the Teltonika device sends a message to the server, not in an order (it is not sorted by the timestamp/oldest).

Is there any way to force the Teltonika FMC130 to only send a message to the server in order?

Hello

Thank you for this question

FMC130 device will send the newest records first when Newest is selected in Records Settings,

You can change it in the configurator section

GPRS => Records Settings => Sort by => Oldest

Thank you and best regards

I have used that configuration.

But the device still sends the message not in order when there is a network issue. What is wrong? I want the device to always send the data from the oldest first.

Good day.

We would like to analyze your issue. Please raise a query via VIP Helpdesk or contact your Distributor/Sales manager.

If you don't have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you click, please fill the form and submit it.

Note: as a topic, please choose "Vehicle telematics" or you can send an e-mail with description of your situation to info@teltonika.lt

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards
