I am having issues using the FMB001 with a Tesla vehicle. I have an OBD adapter and plugged in the device, it works, except it seems to interfere with the cars alarm system, causing the alarm to sound un-necessarily.

Is there any solution to this?

For example is a USB adapter available to power the device or does it need to be plugged in via OBD?

Hello Gareth,

Good day. Thank you for your question.

Please try to disable the OBD Feature in the Configurator.

Kindly try this and let me know if it helps.

Best regards.

Hi, where do I find the configurator?

Hi I have found the configurator, but it does not seem to detect the FMB001, I am using a micro USB lead to connect to the PC from the front micro USB port on the FMB001

Do I need to use a different lead?

Is there a way for the software to "see" the tracker?
Ok, I figured out I needed to have the tracker plugged into the car AND the USB for the PC for it to see the device.

I have checked the setting above and they were already DISABLED. I have left it disabled.

I still have the same problem.....
