Hello Good Afternoon

Please help my by indicating how i choose the firmware that the FMB130 device should support to create a configuration in the configurator. Does device give it to me if i connect it to the configurator?

Iam trying to create a configuration for the FMB130, but when enterying to create and select the FMB130B model it throws me to 26 fimware models that i don't know which one to choose

Good day. Thank you for your question.

For firmware (FW), you will need to update them using the Configurator/Firmware Updater/via FOTA WEB manually. You may select the specific device in the configurator based on the current FW of the device. However, I will suggest that you select the first one in the list as it is based on the latest base firmware and there will be added features. Also, update the firmware to the latest version as mentioned in https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB130_firmware_errata as it will have fixes and added features.

If you would like to receive the latest firmware, you will need to raise a query on VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager as we do not share firmware and other files in the community forum. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
