The configurator you are using doesn't support the current firmware of the device (likely that the firmware may be outdated). I will suggest using a different configurator if you have the older configurator version or you can obtain it from your Sales Manager/Distributor. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website
