Question

I am trying to upload the latest firmware to FOTA and its giving me this error. 

Is anyone able to tell me why this error is appearing and hw I can use FOTA-Web to update the firmware of my devices?

Good day. Thank you for your question.

We can use the firmware that has been preloaded on FOTA WEB to update our devices instead of uploading it. Please try this on FOTAWEB - Devices > Select the device that requires firmware update (tick the box) > select Create Task (Selected) > select Task Type (Update Firmware) > select/type the Firmware version > Create

Hey Vivek, 

Thanks for looking into this and for your direction. 

I have tried the above and it appears that I have no firmware files available. 

Is the best way to resolve this to contact our Sales Manager?
