Question

Hi there!

We are experimenting some issues while using the FMB204. It looks like most of the times either the device doesn't receive  the acknowledgement from the server or it doesn't process it well. We checked and we are sending that signal properly (actually there are some times the device shows the confirmation in the status tab of the configurator).

The thing is we suspect this is related to the firmware version. So... where can we download the updated firmware from?

Our current version is 03.25.15 Rev:32

The latest FW version is 03.25.18 Rev.05 for this device (https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB204_firmware_errata).To receive the latest firmware for FMB204, you may either raise a query on VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager/Distributor. If you don't have any contacts with our Sales managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the "Contact Us" button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
