18913: FTM100 in Ultra Sleep mode does not wake up

I am testing with the FMT100 (firmware 3.25.15 rev: 25) and I am having trouble getting the device to wake up. It enters Ultra Sleep mode perfectly, but when the vehicle begins to move the device does not activate (The gps is in "Sleep Mode" and the Modem in "Unknown"). On the other hand, if I move the device with my hand on the same plane (without shaking), it wakes up correctly.

I have tried with 4 different devices and I have the same problem, so I think the problem is configuration. Also, if the device is set to Deep Sleep, it wakes up correctly when the vehicle starts driving.

I have tested Movement Source with GNSS, Accelerometer and GNSS + Accelerometer, and the device does not wake up.

Another issue, when the Ultra Sleep mode is activated, the Led1 and Led2 turn off completely. I understand that it is correct.

Hi

How you mount the device in the vehicle ?

If it's not horizontal mounting, try with horizontal mounting and check.

The vehicle is moving but the device does not activate. when I move it with my hand, it does activate. I have had to move it quite a bit.
