The latest configurator is Teltonika.Configurator_1.6.4_E.fmb14x_dev_R.2.exe or you can download it from https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Teltonika_Configurator_versions#For_FMB140
Also, the latest firmware used is FW03.25.16. Rev.410 can be referred at https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/FMB140_firmware_errata
However, if you would like to receive the firmware then you will need to raise a query on VIP Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager/Distributor.
